"Paroxetine is primarily indicated for the inducement of sexual problems. It can induce a wide variety of sexual disorders, potentially affecting all three levels of arousal. It is particularly useful for causing anorgasmia. It can also be utilized for causing gastrointestinal problems. Recent trials also indicate great promise as a causative agent for insomnia. This drug is considered a first-line therapy for Profitability Disorder when suffered by large pharmaceutical corporations and pharmacies.
Side effects:
Uncommon: minor lifting of mood, and possibly some control of OCD symptoms.
Rare: some slight relief of social phobia symptoms; minor relief of panic symptoms.
Side effects usually subside with time ("poop out") and can often be partially mitigated via augmentation with other, preferably equally expensive SmithKline Beecham products."What do you guys think? Should we submit it for consideration?

Celexa and Effexor will remedy such side effects reliably and promptly.

Heh heh. You forgot to add: "Causes significant rounding out of any size figure and effectively squelches any misguided attempts to trim such extra body blubber down to more reasonable proportions perceived by the patient as 'healthy.'"

What a hoot!!! Maybe we should write new entries for most AD's currently available. Something that reflects real world experience. Something like "If patient is unsure of mental fitness, AD's are clearly indicated to remove any doubt that they have completely lost their mind" LOL

paxil got me through grad school. i am happy to be on it.
i think the sexual side effects affect men more than women. i am still able to keep a healthy sex life.
ok, so i DID feel like i had the munchies on paxil...and i did gain a couple of pounds, but i didn't have THAT much trouble losing them.
like all AD, you need to figure out which ones work for you. i luckily had a doctor that had me on about 7 different ones before i found one that i felt really worked. i was a major stress case, and paxil mellowed me out to where i could function.
ok, i don't mean to rain on the parade, your PDR entry for paxil is really funny.
