I've been on Wellbutrin for approx. 1 year with continued mood swings. New Dr. just diagnosed me with Bipolar. I've tried Depakote/Wellbutrin. Felt like I had this horrible lump in my throat. Then tried Trileptal/Wellbutrin. Had the same feeling. Now trying Topamax only. The Dr. wanted me to take Wellbutrin too but I'm going to try the Topamax on it's own. Maybe it's just the combination of the drugs. Anyone else had these problems. Any success with the mood swings?
