i went off lamictal about two weeks ago and have put on about five pounds. have not increase food intake or anything. i am sooooo confused. i also came off risperidal and celexa also, i am no on no medication and i thought i would lose some of my extra weight but i have gained!!!! please someone explain this to me.

Maybe you can get your doctor to prescribe you some Topamax which will make you lose that weight.
