Hi, I probably wont be much help because I take Seroquel for problems with sleep. I either take 25 mg or 50 mg. and it has helped me alot. I usually only take 25 mg. or I feel sluggish the next day. I take Wellbutrin 150 mg and Celexa 20 mg. in the morning and the Seroquel at night. I have really seen an improvement since taking these medicines. I hope you will have luck with this. I am sure someone who takes it for its intended use will post better information for you.

Here is a good Real Video on Atypical antipsychotics, which shows that Seroquel has the least weight gain: http://www.mentalhealth.ucla.edu/cgi-bin/av-npi?gr010123jmB

hi there - i just started taking seroquel again. The only reason I stopped before was that the symptoms that prompted the use subsided. I feel that I am really bloated from seroquel. But that could be caused from other things like suddenly too much salt or the lithium that I am on as well. The only other comment is that coming off of it is hard - specifically sleep is difficult for about a week.
Best of luck......
