I had been taking 20mg daily for two years...then my symptoms started to reappear. Such as severe PMS, mood swings, depression, irritability, insomnia, and most of the usual! I consulted my physician...he prescribed an additional 37.5 mg of Effexor XR with another 75 mg dose in mid-afternoon. I am kind of afraid of what this combo. will do. Being a single parent with two boys I need to be on top of things, however, I need help to deal with 'life'. ?????
