ADs and Asthma drugs

Posted by Laura Jane on May 6, 2001, at 12:33:23

I'm wondering if the virtual drugstore that I am could be causing harm. I take Accolate, Serevent inhaler, Vanceril inhaler, Claritin, and Prozac. I have asthma and allergies and depression. I've been on accolate and serevent for 4 years; the Vanceril I've taken for...jeez, maybe 12 years. My chief complaint is weight gain, but I think that's solely due to the Prozac. Before Prozac I was on Zoloft, but I switched. I'm wondering if this drug combination is harmful or stilting any benefits. Does anyone have a similar drugload? Thanks.

Use the Drug Checker at www.drkoop.com if ever you are in doubt about a drug interaction.
