has anybody tried some stuff call SAM-E.Its a natural supplement that works better and faster than precriptions drugs with no side effects.Sounds like the miracle medicine, but thats whats its been for me.research it and keep me posted.this is great a discussion and very helpful to all of us. thanks
NOTE: its been used in Europe for over 20 years with prescription and without.

I've been taking SAM-e for over 2 years. I take it with a multi vit/min and with 20 mg Celexa. This combo works very well for me. It seems to be a good balance of serotonin from the Celexa and dopamine from the SAM-e.

I took SamE for about 6 months. I got up to doses of 12 pills a day--it didn't work for me. I hope it works for you though.
