I have a doctors appointment on Thursday and I was wondering if any of you are taking EffexorXR, WellbutrinSR and are taking anything for the agitation and nerve part?....I was going to ask my doctor for something to kinda calm down the shaking a bit.....I get real shakey when I really try to concentrate on one thing like write out the bills...just anything I am doing that takes concentration....I don't want anything to make me lull out just something to calm the shakes.
Oh BTW...I had for the first time one of those "dreams"....LOL....It was so hilarious and in vibrant colors....LOL....I awoke smiling from ear to ear and feeling so good this morning.....Mind you the way outness of this dream was unreal...but I have been up for about an hour and I am still smiling....Hey I could live with that kind of side affect.....Happy thoughts!!
Sorry I have posted 3 days in a row but I am so new to this and am really scared of this kind of med...I just want to get better and do the Wifely chores again like just getting dressed and buying groceries for a change and giving my poor hubby a break. Thanks everyone for your replies.
Have a great day!!!!

shakes were a big problem for me
first Inderal ( beta blocker ) helped near 100%, too bad it took 3 doses a day, which was a pain to keep up with.
now on pindolol, another BB & it works very well too.
No side effects so far ( well over 6 months ), no sedation, etc

Maybe you can add some buspirone to your mix. That would calm you down, and also add to the antidepressant effect: http://www.med.nyu.edu/Psych/aug
But your doctor will know just how bad your agitation/anxiety is, and he might conclude that you need something stronger than buspirone (maybe a benzodiazepine).
