Has anyone tried "Carbs Away" from freelife.com to get some of this AD weight off? I spoke with a Bariatric doctor here in Syracuse -- and she swears by it. I ordered it, and am waiting to try it. But, I am curious if anyone out there has tried it.
Thanks
PS: The prozac worked in getting off the effexor. I took 20 mg. for a week -- and stopped taking the prozac last night (Fri.); no sign of withdrawl symptoms like the numbness or dizzyness, or eye zaps.
Wahoo!

If Carbs Away is a carbohydrate blocker, I am having some success with a similar product, not as fast as I'd like (but what I would like is to lose 50 pounds today). A low-carb, high-protein diet has always worked very well for me, I just have trouble sticking to such a diet (after a few days, a dried-up old crust of bread starts looking really good to me). Also I eat those Atkins diet bars, they fill you up and they aren't too bad.
Good luck - Gracie
