I wonder if you posted this because the xanax wears off too quickly and you find yourself taking more than you were told to by your MD....
You might want to try something that stays in your system a little longer, like clonopin or valium.. From what I understand, xanax and ativan act very quicky but are also "gone" pretty quickly too.
Any chance you can get a longer lasting benzo to supplement the xanax?
Good luckanother thought: maybe a drug like neurontin or buspar can supplement the xanax....or a beta blocker
just a thought.....
