I can take Parnate ... it's just that I can't get it, and after a whole year without it, maybe I don't need it.
I'm not taking anything now except vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and eating right (no junk).
My illicit drug days are very much over. I didn't need that crap either. I happen to like reality. It's far more interesting and unique.
I attribute my "good spirits" to a good sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine.
I help myself by helping others. I do a lot of volunteer work.
