About and hour after taking my first 20mg dose (early in the morning, with food)of Celexa, I began to feel at first only slightly disoriented, which lasted about an hour or so, followed by extreme dizzy spells and a few near-fainting episodes. The most severe feelings passed sfter a few (4 or so) hours, but i was left feeling like I'd had a mild to moderate psychedelic experience for a few days afterword...not at all a comfortable feeling! Just wondering if anyone else has had anything even remotely similar happen to them...

Maybe you should start with 10 mg by breaking the pill in half. THat's what I did for the first week or 2. Then move up to 20 mg. Ask your doctor about that.
