Just wondering if anyone has had success with Sulpiride. If you have experienced success with Sulpiride, please indicate if you were taking it with any other meds. Feel free to email me if you prefer.
Thanks in advance,
Michael

Yes. It reduces my social phobia to a tolerable level and 'quietens' obsessive thoughts. I take 150mg every morning and find it to be pretty much w/o side effects. Increasing the dose beyond this induces mild sedation, w/o yielding improvement.
Sulpiride is the only med of about 25 so far to provide sustainable relief. Unfortunately it doesn't really touch my depression.
I've been taking it for about 7 months now and during this time I have conducted a no. of concurrent med trials w/o apparent interaction.
Currently I take Sulpiride+Rebox.+Remeron+Paxil+Adrafinil.
Good luck,
Jah.

How did you ended up on so many meds?
I was taking Reboxetine + Sulpiride + Neurontin (to prevent poop-out)
Did you find Remeron helping? Any weight gain?

Hi Anna.I have never heard of Neurontin being used specifically to prevent "poop-out". Are you bipolar? If not, how often does your doctor use Neurontin this way for unipolar depression, and which drugs is it best combined with.
Thanks for any input.

Scott, I don't know, but this is just my little miracle, it makes ADs work partially,
so I need further augmentation. Are you bipolar? If not, how often does your doctor use Neurontin this way for unipolar depression, and which drugs is it best combined with.

I don't know, as I don't have any manic or hypomanic episodes.
I didn't expect Neurontin working with Reboxetine, then Sulpiride.> Thanks for any input.

My pdoc had said neurontin or another mood stabilizer could work for my unipolar depression, as an augmentor to an AD. He uses this strategy all the time.
This is the end of the thread.
