Is there a link between Paxil and failed orgasims, in spite of sufficient erection? With Wellbutrin?

Joseph - It seems that all of the SSRIs, including Paxil can cause a wide range of sexual dysfunctions. What you are describing sounds like anorgasmia (inability or difficulty acheiving orgasm). Some docs have used SSRIs to treat premature ejaculation.
Wellbutrin does not seem to cause this problem.
Hope this helps - Cam.
