I'm new here. I notice that in my first post (and 2nd, for that matter), my email address is available.
How can I stop that? As I understand it, anyone who reads the board , whether registered or not, can email me this way. I'd really rather not be in that position. I didn't notice any place to say no to posting email.....

Alice,
First of all, WELCOME! I hope we hear from you often. As long as you don't type your e-mail address in the appropriate box when making a post, it won't be available to anyone. On your post here, your name appears in black, that means no one can see your address. Only if it appears in blue or red can it be accessed by others. If you don't want to be notified of follow-ups, don't check that box. Even if you do, that doesn't mean others can see your e-mail address.
Hope this helps.
Greg

Thanks for the info. Looks like I've already done the damage somehow or other. ( First 2 posts). Probably best for me to just shut up about it.
This is the end of the thread.
