Pamelor and Prozac--when do they work??

I just started a new med combo a week ago--prozac 40mg and pamelor 25-30 mg. I take the pamelor at night and it has definitely helped my fibromyalgia pain and sleep, but I have jitters and heart pounding and still no energy. Does anyone know about this combination and will the side effects (including dry mouth) go away??
I have been on so many different combinations in last two years that I sometimes question if I will ever get better.
