I take Effexor SR in the a.m. plus two 100 mg. Wellbutrin. I am supposed to have another 100 mg. Wellbutrin in the afternoon about 3:00 but I always seem to forget it. Or end up taking it at 8:00 p.m. which is not good for sleep.
Think I could just take three Wellbutrin in the morning? Without hurting anything? The Wellbu. is also SR.
Thanks!

The problem with the WB is that it has a short half-life so you need to take it in divided doses to keep it in your system. Taking it all at once wont give you the sustained effect that it is designed for. If it isn't kept in your system you'll get withdrawal and that's no picnic. Try to set an alarm or something, if you have one on your watch even better. There is unfortunately no way around it with wellbutrin.

Tina1,
Thank you for the info. I guess I'll set an alarm as you suggest, have it with me at all times. (sigh) was hoping I could get away with the all at once approach, but I need med more than the convenience!S
