thank you all for your input! --very helpful.
do any of you know if moclobemide is effective against
generalized anxiety? if it isn't, i'm switching back
to paroxetine!

Buspirone is the most effective on that kind of thing I think but you can't take it with the maoi's. Have you tried the benzo's? When I was on moclobemide, I took Rivotril--clonazepam and it seemed to help with the anxiety. 1-2mgs a day but that was a long time ago. I need something really strong now but I have more than generalized anxiety these days. Like I said, clonazepam and moclobemide worked great together at that time, try it--can't hurt. Take care= Tina
