zyprexa, seroquel, and risperdal questions

saw the new shreenk today-talked a bit re: sleep problems. he recommended i research the three mentioned above. he also said that many people dont really get much out of serzone until the maximum (600 mg/day) is reached.
my major concern is that all of the above have some pretty ugly side-effects and there was only one mention of sleep-duration improvement. i am not psychotic that i know of and using these powerful and potentially fatal drugs for sleep seems pretty crazzy to me. what experiences have any of you had w/any of the above? what happenned when they were combined w/serzone and/or clonazepam?

i feel pretty guufy followin up my own post butt would some a you good pipples gimme a leetel fidbick on any/all of these drugs? my gut sez NO butt i don't know much about them. as a recovering addict, taking a "major tranquilizer" sounds an awful lot like playoing in traffic. as they say in france-"respondez s'il vous plait"!
