temporary respite/absence

Just so you'll know I didn't off myself or anything...am going to a conference for a couple of days, to get continuing education credits, then will be back but may be getting my computer repaired, so will be offline for about a week probably. Hope everybody is doing well! I'll miss you all (checking the site twice each day has become a real habit for me, and I look forward to hearing how everybody is doing, and I appreciate all the feedback and encouragement you all share!).--Cindy W

oops, sorry about the duplicate post! With OCD, it takes me 4-5 or more hours to do everything just to leave home, and to go away for a couple of days takes even more, so I'm starting to get anxious!--Cindy W (so many rituals to do and so little time!)

Hey,
Twice the Cindy is always a good thing! I'm leaving on vacation for 8 days starting tomorrow so I know about the ritual you're going thru. I hope you have a good time at the conference and get some well deserved rest and relaxation. Just remember to take good care of yourself!

Maybe we'll have some interesting stories to tell when we get back....
