Hey Greg, Thanks for asking, sometimes I think you guys are the only ones who care. The doc said that I should give the celexa more time but I forced her to give me the Xanax before I left. She wanted to admit me to the local asylum but I refused. I did however agree to see a brain chemistry specialist(just a fancy way of saying specialized psychiatrist) to determine which chemicals are out of whack. Step in the right direction??? I don't know. Thanks for the support though. I'll keep you informed in regards to this "brain chemistry expert."

Tina,
Having had only the rare panic attack (but hating it anyways) I can't relate to frequent attacks, it must be some kind of hellish though. Anyways, I can't offer you any advice on the subject being personally unaware of your suffering, however I did want to drop you a line offering you my support in any way I can help and also just to let you know someone out there is thinking of you. Sorry you lost your job, that can kick up anxiety in anyone, depressed or not. Try not to let it get you down and remember "if it doesn't kill ya, it'll make you stronger"! Don't totally reject the idea of a hospital stay...maybe it will help?????

I appreciate your input more than you can inagine. The fact that people here care so much about eachother and being complete strangers really restores my faith in humanity. The celexa and Xanax don't hurt either. Just wanted to let you know I am much improved in the down and out department and starting to think losing my job is a good thing--gives me freedom to pursue other interests. Thanks again--Tina
