itching side effect with Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa

Posted by drape on March 4, 2000, at 21:24:26

All these drugs have been very effective with mild depression, but after a while I experience itching all over my body. Has anyone had this symptom and found something that works without the itching?

Hmm... I've started intensly itching just since going off of all of my meds about six weeks ago! Life is interesting.

I always had an itching problem with the SSRI's. I mentioned it to my doctor and he said that he had heard from other people who had the same complaint. I started using a liquid soap with moisturizer in the shower and that seemed to help.

Right now I am taking a TCA and Wellbutrin and don't have the problem anymore.
