Wow. I wish you success.
Of course, Kelly, I do worry. When you say "moody" what do you mean? Crabby, irritable? I hope it doesn't include the really intense moods, like a while back when you felt suicidal and also were cutting. Are you back in therapy? You need support. Also, maybe you could rate your moods for us here, on a scale of one to ten, for example. That way, you can monitor yourself to stay out of the danger zone.
Just caring about you........

> Just caring about you........Noa,thanks for being concern but I'm more on the irritable side.I'm always thinking of suicide, just somedays are worst then others.
I'm still in therapy it was my psychiatrist that died. I'm seeing him every other week since i been back to work.
I haven't cut myself in a few weeks so it's good on that end.But my paranoid thinking got worst since i've been back to work.(something I've been working on w/ my pdoc).I think my meds need to be upped.I take prozac 30mg & zyprexa 2.5mg.
Still haven't found a psychiatrist,I did go to my gp to refill my meds but after he refilled my meds he told me to find a psychiatrist.
I geuss i was to much for him to handle.
On the scale from one through ten I'm at a 3.
How are you doing lately?

Hey, Kelly.
I don't think you were too much for your GP to handle, it is just that he knows he does not have the expertise about psychiatric medications.
That is pretty amazing that you have gone that long without cutting. Is it related to being back at work?
Can you explain your scale? Is 10 feeling great and 1 feeling absolutely horrendous, ready to cash it in? Or is it the other way around? Or something altogether different?
Thanks. I guess I am a tad better. It comes and goes. I managed to enjoy yesterday, with the children I was babysitting, and today, I went over to a friends for brunch and the two of us (plus cats and dog) just hung out and caught up on stuff. It was nice. Getting myself out to go there was hard, even tho I knew I would enjoy it. I move so slowly and have such a hard time getting my act together. But I am glad I went, as I said I enjoyed it a lot.
So, I guess I am beginning to feel more hopeful.
