Could abruptly stopping an Ad and benzo after three years of use cause a death or just discomfort?

Lots of discomfort as many of the previous posts attest. Best to taper... Death is unlikely unless you are feeling so distracted and off you have an accident or...

My doc told me that stopping Benzos can cause seizures unless you taper down.
