Excercise?

Posted by Kelly on September 24, 1999, at 16:48:59

Hi,
I am doing a project for one of my HL classes on how exercise effects children with ADD (wether it has any calming effects)and if it could be used as an alternative for treatment rather than using medication. I was wondering if there was any information you could give me on this topic.
Thanks!

HL? Sorry, can't tell from your post what level of ed you're at, but I'm guessing undergrad. Your school's library system should have access to the PsychINFO database. Putting in "ADD", "exercise", and "children" should pop out a pretty good result.

Cheers,
Bob
