Any suggestions...I have a client that has been taking Remeron HS and lorazepam TID for 2 months and has had no relief from depression or insomnia. he is alos on Retrovir, Inverase, metrocloprimide, and Altace.

I'm assuming HIV+. If so there is a lot of info on the web about depression and AIDS. Try a search using "AIDS and depression".
