I've read messages from others about using Celexa and having muscle tightness in their jaw. I've been having this problem myself after being on 20 mg of Celexa for the past 3 months. In addition to this I've also experienced urinary retention and increased sweating. I spoke with my doc today and we decided to try Serzone, 50 mg bid. His thinking is that the 5-HT2 antagonist effect may help with these serotonergic side effects. If anyone else has tried this, please let me know. I'll be sure to give an update on how this works.
