hiya kitties...
just a follow up..I am dizzy as all get out..:(
I feel sick and have intermitant "head rushes" which feel a little like stepping off the tea-cups at DisneyLand and trying to focus on something...ugh!
also, I am trying to be consious about the types of anxiety i feel...perhaps kick start those newly habituated neurons to do thier crazy axon-dendrite dance ...pray for me kitties...ya know i looove feedback:)

Meanwhile days are pretty strange and uncomfortable. I think a hangover or flu is a lot better. But you know what, you aren't alone. I bet there are hundreds today, right now, in exactly the same situation. And thousands more that have been there and will again. Big help that is, right? Hang in there. Thinking of you. jamie
