I was wondering if anyone has heard or found any research
on brain chemistry.
I am looking into medications like Effexor and Serzone that
effects both neurotransmitter and dopamine to some effect.
I have suffered from GAD/Dep. for several yrs. and effexor
was a med that seem to work fairly well for awhile but kinda
lost the effect and Serzone i just could not go up higher
than 25 mg. even on Effexor i just got up to about 56 mg or so
a day. Im very sensitive to these type of meds.
They do seem effective for dep. and anxiety like the older
tricyclics but without such the harsh side effects. I know
i took elavil for awhile and it helped some but the side effects
hurt my work.
So i was wondering if anyone had any info on these type of meds.
and any other meds like these that may be helpful in my
situation. Like i said im low dose tolerate and the tricyclic
are a definite no. Any ideas or research info would be appreciated. Thanks,
BG
