Narcolepsy and Adult ADD

Fortunately, both of these disorders are treated with similar medications! Do
any of you have experience in treating these combined conditions? Are there
special considerations in titrating the dose of Ritalin or D-amphetamine?
What about adding an antidepressant to the treatment plan (buproprion looks
like the best choice)?
