Do MAOIs and barbiturates *really* interact all that dangerously? Does anyone actually have any experience with this combo/observed its effects? What is the mechanism of the alleged interaction?
I'm asking because the most successful medication for my back/neck/shoulder pain has been Fioricet, and I would like to be able to use this even though I am taking Parnate also.
