Uh oh...I will miss you both...
I had an ok day..I got a tutoring job that will pay some fat cashola...kids were semi respectable, gave them scissors and paper and the sixth graders made a mess...paper pennies....I was too scared theyd throw the real ones at each other...

Hey where is everyone? are you guys on strike or something? There are still some people here who need support and advice.
come on girls let's keep up the good work.
At least check in and let us know how you are doing. I will start with me. I am on 5mg of lex since March and doing good as far as anxiety is concerned and that is obviously why I take it because I suffer from anxiety attacks, but the lex has cured that.
The only side effect I suffer from is weight gain 13 pounds and the feeling of laziness especially in the morning when it's time to wake up and in the late afternoon.
So tell me about you??????

Wow, I miss a few days of reading posts and everything blows up.
Everyone here is special and eveyone has some different to bring to the group to help each other. I think we should all make a pact to try to help each other as much as it is possible that is comfortable to each person.Anyway, my story goes like this....I have been depressed for most of my life, but nothing was ever done about it. Last October I decided to "do something about it" and my doctor put me on Lexapro. Now after a year of being on the med and MANY good and bad things going on in my life I am a completely new and improved person. I am happier and stronger than I have EVER been before. I want to thank everyone that when I was in a bad place last December helped me out and just reading posts dailey has helped me feel good. This group is a very caring group and I hope that everyone can get back to being friends and work on what everyone wants...to be happy in our lives.
I pray for everyones happiness!!!

I never really thought about it, but I suffered from extreme sleepiness in the morning and late afternoon with lexapro. I have just switched directly back to 30 mgs celexa form 20mgs lex--day three--and have noticed a bit of a difference. I have also had a bad headache, a little dizziness, and some anxious feelings. But I'll keep everyone posted on the sse's and weight issues. Wouldn't the manufacturers freak if we all abandoned their new formulation,lex, for the old celexa?Take care all,

I have been on it for 7 months...and I know this is really bad, but I forget to take it, A LOT. My doc suggested back in May I go up to 20mg, but I never did. I just split the pills.. Maybe since I am forgetting I dont need it... I did really well on paxil, emotionally, but I BLEW UP. I went from 145 to 205 in 5 months!!!NO KIDDING!!! I got back down to 170 and now am back up in the 80's...I must admit, I know it is because I dont go to the gym since i got married. Iused to go atleast 4 xs a week and now, nothingness!!

Did you find that when you were going to the gym 4 times a week that the weight came off from the meds.
I just joined the gym, but I am afraid that even with working out the weight is still not going to come off. What did you do to go from 205 to 170. Please share.

this is newwife. i wanted to tell everyone good bye and this is the only way i can do it. i wont be back. i dont agree with my block and truckers comment took days to have action taken. all i asked was that she not post to me anymore. she hurt me. i am blocked and i wont be back. i will miss you. i dont care about getting in trouble. it seems like i do everything wrong now a days. i have tried to be such a good friend to everyone. i dont need this crap. i dont deserve it. my husband is angry and i am glad i have him. i dont want to be a part of this anymore.

Mystic, Mrs. C and Lexy where are you?
I haven't seen you guys post in a while. Whats going on? Mystic I talk to you, but I haven't heard from Mrs. C or Lexy. How come you guys are not posting? Is everyone afraid of being blocked out if they speak their mind? Hey I feel that if someone makes you feel hurt then we should have the right to discuss it among one another and work it out.
Mystic I know why your not posting....it's because your afraid of posting too much because we have someone that has been complaining about you posting too much. OH well now no one really posts anymore and it's very sad.
I just hope that all of us close yo-yo's stay in touch on the outside and we don't lose sight of each other. I will thank Dr. Bob and his website for bringing us all together.

I am so tempted to go to the state fair. it is right by my house...I can hear it and smell it!! they will be setting off fireworks shortly...I love living right here...It is so cool, but gets expensive!!It is six dollars a pop each time you go and of course being lazy and hungry, I WANT TO GO EAT!!
I went to the old navy today and got some phat bargains...I got a sweater and three tshirts for 19$I LOVE old navy. It is my style...Casual, but I still wear the tshirts to school. Today one of the kids asked if I work at a hotdog stand..I had a logo t on that said Pete's Hot Dogs...Gotta love it.

I love fairs and the food!! I know it gets so expensive. The last fair we went too a couple of weeks ago literally cost us $200 dollars that was me, my husband and my 3 kids, but that was just rides, eating, and admission.
Yes well it's just me and you and I don't know where everyone else is.
Speaking of old navy....I love old navy. I have there phat black pants on right now and I love all of there shirts and comfy clothes. They are so reasonable. Casual is what I am into right now especially with the weight gain.

I live in North Carolina. The leaves must be beautiful up there. I am From from Pennsylvania though. It is starting to get cold here, too, like highs of 65, but next week I saw a 79..North carolina has weird weather...

My mom grew up in upstate new york...saraquese area...So I am the only southern belle to ever hear of vinegar on fries, every once in a while mom and I will get some and dump vinegar all over them!!!

Hey Gals,
I went to the fair last night as well. The Jackson one is here and this is the last weekend. We went and ate dinner and rode all the rides. I love all those crazy rides they are such a rush. We ate such good creasy food...fried pickles, fried green tomatos, fried catfish, chicken on a stick and fried oreos. YUMMMMM
