pergala is like an arbor.. she is building it and spending alot of time on her yard etc...she seems to be with drawling from everyone.. hope she finds time for us soon.. i miss her too!!! i am doing good, other than weaning down from lex somewhat and having alergies horidly.. other than that i finally have a break in the anxiety with the neighbor that attacks me when i walk on the town road... she broke down (her truck- pick up) and i happened by and gave her a ride home.. now when she drives by she waves and i not sure how to take it.. but there is a different air up here after helping her.only time will tell however i do want to keep my distance from her.. don't worry hun.. she will be back when she gets caught up with her duties...

i am so glad to be born american.. we are blessed with so much... yes there are some distasteful things that occur here that we can't stand, such as abuse etc.. but my LORD we are blessed sooo much.. we can pray and not be killed for it and we have fredom of religion ,speech, and so many, many other things.. we have equal right (which aren't exactly completely good) but we have rights.. other countries don't have one 10th of the freedoms and rights we have.. they (woman) are abused and raped daily and it is ok with the government that they are under...and be forced to under go abortions of their own children, so they want can have the athorities child to raise for war.. etc...i am proud to be an american... where i can have sooo much freedom...

//////////////////////////////////////////////////> yes my friend you have gotten it..you know what we have lost and what we have..we have to be grateful for our lives..do you ever think about what our lives would be if we were born into something else in some other country..i'm grateful and so will say a special prayer for all those that sacrifised their lives and their loved ones..god bless them and god bless you....mystic

I think the greatest tribute that we can pay to those who lost their lives on 9/11 is to appreciate every day and every person that we love! Life is so precious! I love all of you so much! Mrs. C

You were a beautiful beautiful bride and your new husband looks like he's very happy to have you. I was struck by the faces of the guests in church (?) .. they look like they care about you very much.

In reply to Re: Anyone used prozac?, posted by sexylexy on September 9, 2004, at 19:49:31
Hi! I'm on Prozac and I love it. It has literally saved my life. 20 mg is a common starting dosage. I'm at 80 mg because its supposed to help OCD at higher dosages. 40 or 60 mg is usually what you work up to. I does have somewhat of an appitite suppresent, but for me it went away after a while. The main thing to remember about Prozac is it can take several weeks to feel the effects. I think for most people its about 3 weeks, but it can take longer. I hope it works out for you.

It's such a relief to hear someone who's on a dosage that equals mine and even higher, and you're still okay. I was getting so upset at my 60 mg dose I cut it down to 40 but I don't do as well on 40, not at all. On the other hand, 60 gives me anxiety. Sleep is hell even on 40. My dreams aren't really dreams they're more like waking nightmares. Okay, enough complaining. Prozac has saved my life too, quite seriously. It made me well enough to go into therapy and find out I'm probably not the freak I always thought I was :)

It's added to my anxiety too. But me and my pdoc decided to stay with it along with some Xanax to take as needed for the anxiety. I also take Trazadone for sleep. I never had a problem sleeping in my life until I got on Prozac. For a while I hated the thought that I was taking medications to take care of side effects of other medications. Then I tried Lexapro, which for me was sheer h*ll. I was begging to get back on Prozac. So I guess sometimes you have to take the lesser of two evils. Will your doc prescribe Xanax? I know some won't, but it sure does help.
