i am trying to let it go.. i just value a friendship soooooo much and i hate to see a friend hurt or let down.. i am a child in that aspect.. if ya promise me something it really hurts.. like waving candy in front of a childs face and telling them they can't eat it.. your right sensitive... hope the sun shines brightly the rest of your vacation and ya'll find alot of neat rocks!!! jlynne

away yesterday, she is the one i did a bridal dance with at my wedding. strangest thing, our dog anita, started crying uncontrolably last night at 11pm, the time she died(we didnt knw this until today) and cried all through the night, neither of us got any sleep???subliminal? Probably.

Anakin..I'm so sorry and of course I remember that auntie from your wedding it brought a tear to my eye when you told us that story..but what a great great memory for you...you will have that always to remember..I'm so sorry for your loss..that is a little touching about your dog though I do believe...I'm praying for you extra the next couple days as I'm sure it will be hard...take care of yourself..luvya Heidi..mystic

animals can tell... they see the spirits after they leave us heading where ever they go. i also know that superstition ... i firmly beleave that they (our loved ones who have passed) swing thru and say goodbye as they pass on to there destined place.. that explains the animals...if an owl hoots outside your bedroom window there is a death soon... which occured a night or so ago...
they call it a bad omen!!!

Ive got PMS and am soooooo anxious. I am just freaking out. I am sitting here wondering if I should take a klodopin...I have had them for a while and not taken one yet but I am just so nervous. Hey Ya'll
I think I need a place to let it all out. I have PMS right now and think it is trying to kill me. I have been doing really well depression/anxiety wise for the past few monhts until this month. I feel terrible. My moods are swinging like crazy, I am happy then I feel like crying, then I am so anxious I can barely breathe. I am also feeling like I could throw up at the thought of being intimate. Does anyones else feel this way... I mean its like the thought of making out makes me freak out...then because I am so anxious I start thinking "what if I am not attracted to him anymore," "what if I do not love him anymore"... Please someone tell me that they feel weird towards their partners around the time of their period, its not jsut me is it... my relationship is not over...help I am spiraling.....

Hang on, Sweetie. You have been through these "down" times before, and you will make it through this one. Just keep remembering that it passed before and it WILL pass again. This cycle probably hit you harder because you are under more stress now that you are working.
As far as the relationship issues... Anxiety throws off all reasonable perspectives. Just hang in there until this passes and you will find your perspective of your relationship will be back to normal.
You write as much as you need to. We will be here for you.

Yes lexy it is all normal or not normal who knows what is normal anymore..but the point is as soon as you start you will feel better..i know that for me i obsess terribly that I'm going to die and that i have some terrible disease and that george is going to die and then after i start it all makes sense again..so hang in there..it will get better..always remember my friend that anxiety makes us think that it is always and forever...everything is always and forever and that isnt the truth if you journalled you could look back and see this to be true...I always say that I have been feeling this way forever and reasonably it has been a couple days...
We are here for you always because we care about you very much and will help you through everything as you help us...take care my friend..Mystic
