I've had a terrible day obsessing..i was on bactrim for 2 days and this morning i woke up and have this terrible terrible ache in both my legs only when i stand up and try to stay standing and my left arm when I straighten it out and it is driving me crazy..I have called both my gyno and my regular primary nurse and she said oh it could be the bactrim but not a usual side effect..that makes me feel better..so if i stroke out tonight or have a heart attack then glad to have met all of you..dont you hate obsessing and it is sooooo worse when you just know that there is something wrong and they might not believe you because you are on lex..not that it is my experience that this happens just I dont know peranoid..anyone else paranoid about these things in here..hahahah of course we are..well thanks for listening..your freind mystic...I'm going to bed...

I am so sorry you had such a bad day. Is bactrim an antibiotic? Sometimes viruses cause achy muscles too. Gee... If it is a side effect, shouldn't they change the med??? But what do I know?

Mystic, I hope your aches are not serious; I will say a prayer for you tonight. It is so hard with these meds to know when it's s/e's and when it's illness.
Well, I had a very long day today; I'm trying to get my records caught up at work so that I can go on vacation next week and not come back to a nightmare.
So good to see everyone at the party yesterday - glad to see that Lexy enjoyed herself, and you know dear, that lampshade accented your lovely dress perfectly:~)
And LynneDa, you must have had something very special going on for you to have missed the big bash!!

Trucker has asked me to let everyone know that she might be offline for a few days - - seems her house was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING last night!! Can you believe it?? It caused a small fire, but Trucker got it put out by herself before the fire truck got there (what a gal, eh?) Anyway, they had to cut the electric line to her house, and she will have to have an electrician come out and go through all her wiring to see what damage was done inside the walls before they hook her back up.
She feels fortunate, though, because she had originally planned to stay in Ohio for a week and if she had she would have still been gone, and her house probably would have burned down along with three of her doggies. God works in mysterious ways, eh?
I will keep everyone posted as I hear more news.
