clozapine, conclusively D1 agonist? lumateperone?

Posted by iforgotmypassword on June 14, 2022, at 10:02:48

Articles suggesting clozapine is a D1 agonist or antagonist both exist. Is there any conclusive data?

I'm interested in low dose, maybe with a CYP1A2 inducer to increase desmethylclozapine.

How about lumateperone. Mechanism via D1 often discussed, but nothing conclusive about intrinsic efficacy that I've found yet. --My concentration is very bad tho.
