You might try cyproheptadine (Periactin). If that fails, maybe zolpidem (Ambien). If that fails, midazolam (Dormicum) or triazolam (Halcion).

If you have trouble *staying* asleep, you might try good old diazepam (Valium) instead of midazolam or triazolam, or combine it with one of the latter two.

Sometimes melatonin can help. However, I read that it has a therapeutic window, so that higher doses can be less effective. I don't recall the details.
